RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?
I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless it's my mistake (ex. you received an incorrect or missing items in your order), which in this case of course I'll fix that mistake for you!
But, with shipping, it's beyond my control once your order is dropped off, so I can’t provide refunds or exchanges for shipping-related issues. However, know that I use a reliable service which is Canada Post, our offical postal service here, and I do my best to make my packaging super protective! If your order does go missing and I still have stock leftover, I'll be happy to reship your order! (shipping fee will be on recipient).
*do make sure to double check your address and info to ensure it's correct!
MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED AND ITS PASSED THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME!
Sometimes there are delays with shipping due to a varity of reasons such as, customs, the whole tariff situation and post office strike that happen often where I'm based. Please be patience and allow a extra few weeks for your order to arrive. Most of the times they're just really slow to arrive lol.

DO YOU ALLOW GROUP ORDERS?
Yes! I'm cool with you guys doing group orders! This is mainly for you guys who are overseas, I got you ;)
Just make sure to let me know the names of everyone who's participating and what they ordered in the note/instruction box during checkout so I can pack everything accordingly.
