- Q. how long will shipping take?
A. After I have shipped out your order it will take around following times...
- US and Canada 1-3 weeks
- International 2-5 weeks
please remember shipping may take longer due to custom, special circumstances, etc, so please be patient!
Q. tracking and no tracking shipping?
A. tracking where I live is sadly very expensive, I only offer tracking for US and CANADA bc international would be around $20+ so.. yeah lmao.
Keep in mind with no tracking I won't know where your order is, so it's a matter of just waiting.
Q. do you allow group order?
A. yes! I'm cool with you guys doing group orders! This is mainly for you guys who are overseas, I got you ;)
just make sure to let me know the names of everyone who's participating and what they ordered in the note/instruction box during checkout so I can pack everything accordingly.
Q. is there a return and refund policy?
A. Unfortunately no, how the shipping process goes is completly out of my control, but for the most part the service I use is pretty reliable.
do make sure to double check your address to ensure its correct!But email me if there's something wrong with your order and I'll see what I can do. Know that I will try my best to make the packaging protective!

Q. what does preorder mean?
A. it means I will start making the products after preorder period is over, so it will take more time for you to get your order. Give me around a week for production and afterwards its packing and shipping.
